Frank Losey - Champion of Your Rights

“Never whisper in the presence of wrong.” Bernard Lown
For 18 years, Franklin W. Losey had a Yorkie named Chaucer, whom he dearly loved, and this love was returned to him greatly. Chaucer taught him the value of loyalty and friendship. Because of his love for Chaucer, Franklin Losey has become a champion of animal welfare, and the fight against sub-standard breeding kennels. He is the voice of responsible breeders, and encourages them to use sense and logic in the battle to make the public aware of the HSUS and other “animal rights” organizations agendas. Mr. Losey has a passion for representing responsible dog breeders in this fight, and feels this is one way he can repay the love and devotion of his beloved Chaucer. He has been instrumental in Missouri, Iowa, Pennsylvania and Indiana calls to action. He has warned about “sneak attacks” from the HSUS, with plans and suggested ideas on how to defend against this type of action. Mr. Losey uses a four step "P" mode of action, as he feels these are the cornerstones of any successful action. The four "P"s are: Prepartion, Perseverance, Persistance, and Patience. He encourages responsible breeders to publicly condemn substandard kennels. He is leading the campaign to “Spay and Neuter the HSUS”, and in the revealing of the fact that they are simply a lobbying organization. He refers to them as “Factory Fund Raisers”. Mr. Losey has "called to action" a small army of people to get the IRS to investigate the HSUS in its lobbying activity, which is in contradiction to their own tax returns. These tax returns state that no employee of HSUS is involved in lobbying activities. He is also working to increase knowledge in the general public, as well as the FBI, as to the best ways to enforce the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act in regards to violations by overly eager animal rights organizations. Mr. Losey has devoted a great deal of his personal time to fight for your rights to own a pet.
Mr. Losey feels that “when he and his beloved Yorkie are reunited on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge, Chaucer will have an extra reason to be happy to see him.” He believes it is vital to tell the American Public the true story of caring breeders who are responsible for bringing so much love and joy into the homes of appreciative pet owners. Anyone who loves an animal owes a great deal of appreciation to Mr. Losey for all of his efforts to maintain your right to own and love your pet.
